This class is designed to expose participants to the basic movements of parkour, the ideals at the heart of the practice, and some of the history of the sport. Classes include an extensive warm-up, progression-based breakdowns of movements, individual as well as group challenges, and an introduction to the basic “culture” of parkour. Designed to accommodate beginners of all fitness levels, participants should come prepared to challenge themselves, get a great workout, and have fun!
