A celebration of the start of our fall classes and a community event to bring practitioners together from throughout the community for some training, food and fun with our friends at Somernova!

1:00 - 2:00 Challenge Event (All Ages)

1:30 - 2:30 Community Gathering & Jam (All Ages)

WHAT'S INCLUDED

Workshops - Each of these is led by a team of our experienced instructors and all sessions are open to a wide variety of skill and fitness levels. If you're feeling intimidated, join our Intro Session in the morning to get your feet wet!

Challenge Event - A fun way to explore the SomerNova campus and to see it through "parkour vision". Our team will have marked out a number of challenges throughout the SomerNova campus, bring a partner or two and go check them out! Open to all ages and abilities.

Community Jam - An informal gathering time to play around on the equipment, try out moves, grab some lunch, and just hang out with other members of the community. Open to all ages and abilities.
