LEAP DAY - A PARKOUR WORKSHOP FOR WOMEN

  • Warehouse XI 11 Sanborn Court Somerville, MA, 02143 United States (map)

Join us for this special workshop specifically designed for the women's community! Open to participants of all ages (14 - 70+) from around Greater Boston and beyond, this workshop is both an opportunity to share techniques and ideas with fellow practitioners, and celebrate our growing community of female and female-identifying practitioners. Learn new techniques, share tips and tricks, and work on challenges in this safe and positive movement space!

Sessions will be led by the talented PkGen Boston coach Isabel Andrews as well as special guest coach Melissa Way all the way from our sister branch PkGen Lehigh Valley in Pennsylvania. This workshop is designed to accommodate a wide range of abilities and fitness levels, so all are welcome- from absolute beginners in our youth or 50+ Low Impact classes to experienced practitioners. We'll tackle some activities as one big group, and others while divided into smaller teams to facilitate interactions and appropriate challenges.
