A class designed around helping you to go in-depth on a specific movement theme or technique for an extended period of time. Each week one of our senior coaches will tackle something different, on a list of rotating themes. While the themes re-occur each month, each month will focus on a specific topic within the larger theme. Ex: January’s 1st Saturday may focus on “kong vaults/cat passes”, while February’s 1st Saturday may focus on “dash vaults to precisions”.

Monthly Theme rotation list:

1st Saturday - Jumping & Landing

2nd Saturday - Vaulting

3rd Saturday - Swinging

4th Saturday - Wall Skills

5th Saturday - Route-building & Flow

Set within the “parkour zone” of this massive 40,000 sq/ft climbing facility, this class features a wide variety of training environments. While this class is not recommended for first-time practitioners looking to learn the basics, it is highly scaleable to all fitness and ability levels of regular practitioners, and is a great way to spend some time focusing improving a specific set of techniques. Access to Open Training time in the parkour zone is included in the class to allow for additional training and experimentation.

All classes feature extensive and dynamic warm-up exercises, as well as strengthening and conditioning exercises to help build mastery and ensure the long-term practice of the sport.
