Dates: Tue 2/21 - Fri 2/24
Times: 9am - 12pm
A half-day of parkour training, games, and challenges that is designed for all abilities and fitness levels- from absolute beginners to experienced practitioners. Participants will learn and build on the various parkour techniques and learn about the history of the discipline from its original french roots to today's international scene.
Participants should bring:
- A water bottle
- A small snack
- Comfortable athletic clothing
- A small bag for personal belongings
- Lots of energy!
