Join us at New England Movement Arts for this monthly workshop series that offers an introduction to parkour training. Each month will cover a few select techniques and break them down into various progressions, in addition to our extensive warm-up, individual and group challenges, conditioning elements, and games.
Due to the progressive nature of parkour training, each of these sessions are open to all abilities and fitness levels, from absolute beginners to experienced practitioners.
