April 7, 2018 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Joan Lorentz Park / Cambridge Rindge & Latin
449 Broadway Cambridge, MA 02138
Parkour Generations Boston's coaches Natalia Boltukhova and Isabel Andrews are joined by a guest coach Cordelia Storm, striding, plyo-ing, and vaulting her way over from Seattle, WA. This is an excellent opportunity for both first-time and experienced female practitioners to explore the depth of this movement discipline that has established its rightful place in the hearts and minds of so many people across the world.
This one-of-a-kind event provides a unique environment for women to explore their potential as movers, athletes, creators, and human beings. Guided by experienced ADAPT-certified female coaches, participants will be exposed to the origins of parkour on physical, mental, and intellectual levels. Participants should expect to leave the event feeling stronger, more confident, tired, empowered by their own potential, and connected with their fellow participants on a whole new level.
This all-day event will feature instructed and open sessions, both outdoors and indoors. Participants have the option to sign up for the full experience (AM outdoor + PM indoor) or just half-day (AM outdoor only).
