Community Jams are opportunities for practitioners of all backgrounds to train together at a local parkour spot. With the support of other practitioners you will learn, grow, build community, find challenges and maybe overcome mental and physical obstacles you haven’t even considered. All movement backgrounds are welcome; CrossFit, climbing, obstacle course racing, yoga, pilates, circus arts, boxing, weightlifting, dance, gymnastics, couch-sitting, and anything in between – meet-ups have something for you.
PKGB coaches will run a brief warmup and introduction and then practitioners are welcome to train at their own pace.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL PARTICIPANTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THIER OWN SAFETY AND WELL-BEING DURING COMMUNITY JAMS. YOUTH SHOULD BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT ALL ALL TIMES.
