Dojo Jams are opportunities for practitioners of all backgrounds to train together in this unique space. With the support of other practitioners you will learn, grow, build community, find challenges and maybe overcome mental and physical obstacles you haven’t even considered. All movement backgrounds are welcome; CrossFit, climbing, obstacle course racing, yoga, pilates, circus arts, boxing, weightlifting, dance, gymnastics, couch-sitting, and anything in between – meet-ups have something for you. No registration required.
