Ever feel like your swing game is not where you want it to be? Wonder what it feels like to float in mid air? Fluidly change directions continuing into the next move? Well here is your chance to take a deep dive into the techniques behind some of the most common swinging techniques of parkour! Join Coach Nat as they dissect the anatomy of underbars, laches, vertical swings, and more.

This workshop is designed to give participants a solid understanding of the fundamentals of swing techniques in parkour. By leveraging momentum, timing, and body control, we will learn how to use our environment efficiently and creatively and start building techniques that allow us to swing further, longer, and more efficiently. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner looking to refine your skills, this workshop offers valuable insights and practical applications.


Kids Workshop 9:30am - 11:00am (Ages 8-13yo)

Get ready to swing, climb, and explore like your favorite action heroes! Our parkour workshop for kids is packed with fun and exciting activities that teach you how to swing on bars and glide through spaces like a pro. You’ll build strength, learn cool moves, and discover the joy of creative movement in a safe, supportive environment. Let’s turn the world into your playground!

Pre-requisites: Participants should be able to hang from a bar above their head for up to 15 seconds at a time.


Low Impact Workshop 11:30am - 12:30pm (Ages 14-70+)

Discover a gentle, engaging way to build strength and flexibility with our low-impact swing techniques workshop. Designed for those seeking a slower pace, this session focuses on controlled movements, body awareness, and safe exploration of parkour basics. Whether you’re new to fitness or looking for a fun activity that’s easy on the joints, this workshop is for you!

Pre-requisites: Participants should be able to hang from a bar above their head.  Please remove any rings or jewelry before the workshop begins.


Adult & Teen Workshop 1:00pm - 3:00pm (Ages 14-50+)

Tap into your adventurous side with a parkour workshop focused on optimizing swing techniques. Perfect for those looking to sharpen their skills, this session will teach you how to master underbars, Laches, and more while improving your strength, coordination, and confidence. It’s a fun, challenging way to break a sweat, meet new people, and push your boundaries.
