Join us for this workshop featuring coaching from our team alongside our special guest coach, Chris Keighley (Parkour Generations London). This workshop will take place on one of unique and extensive "popup parkour playgrounds" and is open to ALL abilities and fitness levels (from first timers to seasoned practitioners!)

GUEST COACH:

Christopher Keighley (London, United Kingdom) - Chris is one of the first generation of practitioners that started training in London in the early 2000's. He splits his time between coaching classes in London and traveling around the globe teaching at workshops and leading ADAPT Qualifications coaching courses.
