The event is open to all abilities and fitness levels, whether you are an absolute beginner or seasoned pro, there is a space for you! You’ll learn, grow, find challenges and maybe overcome mental or physical obstacles you haven’t even considered. All movement backgrounds are welcome; CrossFit, climbing, obstacle course racing, yoga, pilates, circus arts, boxing, weightlifting, dance, gymnastics, couch-sitting, and anything in between – this event has something for you.
The Boston Women’s Workshop celebrates the female parkour experience and is open to all women, trans women, and non-binary individuals (ages 14–70+). We welcome participants from all movement backgrounds—whether you’re a parkour practitioner, athlete, movement enthusiast, or simply interested in joining a vibrant, diverse community of healthy, fit, and mobile movers!The event is open to all abilities and fitness levels—whether you’re an absolute beginner or a seasoned pro, there’s a space for you! Ann Hoang
Ann has competed in the Skill category at both USPK Nationals and at SPL in Vancouver, and she’s excited to share her approach to developing powerful, technical movement. This workshop will focus on technical power moves, with special attention to cat backs, combo flow, and precision technique.
Isabel Andrews
As an artist, parkour coach and athlete, Isabel sees spaces as opportunities for movement. An ADAPT LVL 2 Coach, Isabel run’s a monthly workshop. Each session will feature 2-3 different games that involve different parkour skills, techniques, and core concepts. Sessions will also include instruction on the relevant skills, as well as different variations of the games.
Stephanie Heroux
As a physical therapist Stephanie brings her clinical and dance experience to this year’s Women’s Workshop.
Focusing on hip power and health for parkour practioners of all ages.
