Parkour Generations Boston's coaches Natalia LaPré Boltukhova and Isabel Andrews are hosting the region's next installment of parkour workshops created for women by women. This is an excellent opportunity for both first-time and experienced female practitioners to explore the depth of the discipline that has established its rightful place in the hearts and minds of so many people across the world.
This one-of-a-kind event provides a unique environment for women to explore their potential as athletes, creators, and human beings. Guided by experienced ADAPT-certified female coaches, participants will be exposed to the origins of parkour on physical, mental, and intellectual levels. Emotions? Yes, there will be emotions. Participants should expect to leave the event feeling strong, confident, tired, empowered by their own potential, and connected with their fellow participants on a whole new level.
The event will feature both instructed and open sessions.
All sessions will be led outdoors, regardless of weather.
